About Me

Kelowna Piano is a company with alot of experience! My name is Mary Ellen Tabor and I am a graduate of the Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music. I received my Grade 10 Piano and took 2 years of sightreading music beyond that. I have played professionally here in Kelowna for over 12 years. I have extensive experience working with seniors.  I enjoy sharing my love of music with others in my studio.  I look forward to meeting my students and enjoying the journey of learning the piano in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I believe that learning should be fun and stress free!  We are learning for our own personal enjoyment not to play at Carnagie Hall, so if the fear of a strict music teacher has kept you away....fear not...it's not like that here!
